From 1 November 2026, Migration Solutions will trade as Faculti Immigration, joining Faculti Lawyers and Faculti Property Services under the Faculti name.
Founded in 2001, our specialist immigration practice helps employers, industry bodies, skilled professionals and families navigate Australian visas and migration. Our services span employer sponsorship, skilled migration, business and investor visas, family and partner visas, citizenship, and reviews and appeals.
As Faculti Immigration, we will continue providing the practical, personalised advice our clients rely on, with closer access to the broader legal capabilities of Faculti Lawyers. Where migration matters involve other legal questions—such as a sponsoring employer's workplace obligations, business structuring or a review or appeal—our teams can work together to provide coordinated advice. If you have your own legal advisers, we will continue working with them.
Bringing Mark and his team into our business strengthens our ability to support clients with their workforce needs, combining specialist migration expertise with our broader legal capabilities.
